Aimee Van Dyne had the privilege of working on this project while employed as an architect at Gwathmey Siegel Architects. It consists of an existing gymnasium space which was converted into a high-end residence for an art collector. The 16,000 s.f. space included a custom kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, dual walk-in closets, two offices, hot tub, sauna, plus three additional guest rooms with bathrooms.
